* Able to diagnosing and resolving problem, hand on experience in networking: TCP/ IP, LAN/ WAN Protocol, Frame-Relay
* Hand on experience of server operating system: windows 2000/ 2003 advance server, active directory, windows 2003 server, windows XP, and database program
* Have well in personal and interpersonal skills and quick learner
* Hard worker and able to work under pressure
